Thank you for visiting the Trespasser’s Companion website.
As with everything these days, there are some legal terms you must adhere to when you use this website.
This website enables users to upload text and images of trespasses that they have performed, to search through existing trespasses on the website and to learn more about the art of trespass. This service is provided by the Right to Roam campaign. More details on the campaign can be found here.
If you choose to upload Content to the website, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. However, we do require you to grant permission to Trespasser’s Companion and other users of the website to use that Content for the purpose of the website.
We ask that all trespasses that are uploaded to the site adhere to the code of conduct, as stipulated here.
who can use this service
Anyone can use parts of the Service, such as browsing and searching for Content, without having an account. In order to upload content we do ask for you to provide your email addressin order to avoid spam and to let users know when their trespass has been approved.
